Timothy Francis Donaghy is a disgraced former NBA referee who served in the league for 13 seasons from 1994 to 2007, before he was caught up in a gambling scandal. Donaghy officiated in 772 regular season games and 20 playoff games during his NBA career.

Donaghy retired from the league on July 9, 2007, after news of an FBI inquiry into claims that he bet on games he officiated during his last two seasons and made decisions that changed the point spread in those games.
